Spain's well-known Catalan-based newspaper "La Vanguardia" visited JMR's Tokyo offices recently to better understand the deflation consumer economy that Japan has been undergoing.  Hoping to find lessons in distant Japan for problems that Spain foresees in its own future, La Vanguardia's international correspondent Andy Robinson came all the way to Japan to gather evidence for his Spanish audience.

In a section with the lead headline of "Lessons on deflation from Tokyo," JMR's H. Matsuda's comments appeared in the Sunday, November 21, 2010 issue in the "Dinero" [Money] section of the widely respected newspaper.
